ConnectWay 26.10.28.1
Oct 28, 2026With “Lock settings after the day’s first entry”, the loss, the goal and the account setup can only tighten until 6:00 PM New York. Size stays free.
The news phase in the windowIn the Copy column, the affected account shows NEWS · NO ENTRIES from the warning until the return, and NEWS · FLAT after the flatten. Hover to see the times.
A rejection no longer takes the account out for the dayIf the broker or NinjaTrader rejects a ConnectWay order, the account stays in the copy. The red banner shows what happened.
Connection drops, on every real accountWhen a firm’s connection drops, the warning now also covers real accounts that aren’t selected for copying.
ConnectWay 26.10.27.1
NEWOct 27, 2026On the news your firm forbids holding positions through (FOMC, NFP and CPI), ConnectWay warns in advance, blocks new entries and flattens the accounts — by each firm’s rule. You check the calendar and the rules in the app, on the News tab. Learn more →
ConnectWay 26.10.26.2
Oct 26, 2026When the firm removes an account from the connection (closed, replaced or reset), the window shows REMOVED BY FIRM instead of OFFLINE. To take it off the window: Edit → setup → Remove from list → Save.
Release by supportWhen you ask, ConnectWay support can release an account stopped for the day (BLOWN, LOSS LIMIT, GOAL, FIRM LIMIT or PASSED), only when it is safe and until 6:00 PM New York. Support never turns your copying ON, and the account number never leaves your computer.
The setup’s lock on Tradovate accountsThe setup of Tradovate accounts shows “Auto Liquidate locks at”. If Tradovate reports an Auto Liquidate above it, the lock applies, and the screen says “at the setup’s lock”.
ConnectWay 26.10.26.1
Oct 26, 2026On Tradovate accounts that lock (such as Take Profit PRO), Auto Liquidate never goes above the setup’s “Auto Liquidate locks at”. Check each account’s lock against your firm’s rule.
The old AUTO LIQ. stop is goneAn account stopped by the AUTO LIQ. of earlier versions is free to copy. If it is unselected, select it again in Edit.
ConnectWay 26.10.24.2
Oct 24, 2026ConnectWay no longer flattens the account a little before Auto Liquidate: the firm is the one that closes it. A closed account gets the BLOWN tag and stays out of copying until 6:00 PM New York — only that account; the others keep going.
A position the broker won’t let you closeIf the broker rejects a follower’s flatten orders, a red warning says which position was left open: close it at your broker. FLATTEN ALL and the X always send the order.
The Tradovate commission, right awayOn Tradovate accounts, the Total PNL and the limits count the commission right after each trade, without waiting for the charge.
Clearer warningsThe green banner closes with the X and counts the stopped accounts by tag; the connection-lost warning names the firm (Apex, Tradeify…).
ConnectWay 26.10.21.1
Oct 21, 2026On real Tradovate accounts, Auto Liquidate comes from Tradovate itself, read every half second: you no longer type the Peak Balance.
Hide from listA real account that starts the day blown can be hidden from the window on this computer; nothing changes at the firm or in NinjaTrader. It comes back on its own if the firm resets it or if it receives any order.
Your plan’s firm limitWith more firms than your plan allows, accounts from the firms over the limit stop getting new entries from the 6:00 PM New York rollover — exits always go through. They show the PLAN LIMIT tag.
A cleaner top of the windowFLATTEN ALL in a fixed spot next to ON, and a 90% display size in the gear.
